Mexichem, S.A.B. de C.V. announced that during the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on November 28, 2014, a cash dividend of MXN 0.50 per share outstanding was declared, based on the financial statements as of December 31, 2014. This dividend will be paid in four quarterly installments of MXN 0.125 per share in each installment, excluding those shares held by the company through the share buyback program as of the record date of each installment. Payment dates in 2015 are February 27, 2015, May 27, 2015, August 27, 2015 and November 27, 2015 respectively.
