Flex announced that Jennifer Li, a seasoned, global international executive with extensive experience in China, automotive, and multiple technology sectors, has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Ms. Li currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and General Managing Director of Baidu Capital. She was previously Chief Financial Officer of Baidu Inc. Ms. Li led Baidu over the past ten years of growth. In this capacity, she gained diverse functional experience, leading human resources, public relations, marketing, international operations, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Ms. Li also serves on the board of directors of Philip Morris International Inc., and serves as the Chair of its Audit Committee and a member of both its Nominating and Corporate Governance and Finance Committees.
