Luca Asvisio steps down as chairman of the board of statutory auditors of Directa

(Alliance News) - Directa SIM Spa announced Thursday that Luca Asvisio has resigned as chairman of the board of statutory auditors.

Asvisio is leaving because his new position as chairman of the auditors of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo is incompatible with the one he held at Directa SIM.

In his place, Emanuela Congedo takes over, while alternate Roberto Coda joins the board of statutory auditors.

Directa SIM's stock is up 1.4 percent at EUR3.65 per share.
