NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD OF CHAMPION BREWERIES PLC

This is to notify the shareholders of Champion Breweries Plc (the Company), The Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to hold on Friday, 12 July 2024 to among other items, consider and approve the unaudited results for the six months ended June 30, 2024, and the appointment and removal of Directors.

Consequently, in line with the provisions of Rule 17.17: Closed Period, Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rule) the Company commenced a Closed Period from Monday, July 1, 2024, until 24 hours after the unaudited results for the six months ended June 30, 2024, change of Directors and recommendation for share bonus payout is released to the public.

During this period all Directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility, advisers of the Company and their connected persons are restricted from dealing in the shares of the Company.
