From January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, the company has repurchased 193,802 shares, representing 0.7% for $2.28 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 617,551 shares, representing 2.21% for $6.83 million under the buyback announced on August 18, 2022.
Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc. is a financial holding company with one wholly owned subsidiary: Bridgewater Bank (the Bank). The Bank focuses primarily on commercial lending, consisting of loans secured by nonfarm, nonresidential properties, loans secured by multifamily residential properties, nonowner occupied single family residential properties, construction loans, land development loans and commercial and industrial loans. It offers loan and deposit products primarily for commercial clients.
