(Alliance News) - Zignago Vetro Spa made it known Tuesday that it has lost its Small and Medium Enterprise status as the transitional regime that changed the definition of SME, eliminating the reference to the turnover parameter, has come to an end.

Zignago Vetro's capitalization exceeded the benchmark during the 2020-2022 three-year period.

Now, any Zignago Vetro shareholder with a stake of more than 3 percent and less than 5 percent of the company's capital will have to notify Consob.

Zignago Vetro, Tuesday, is up 1.1 percent at EUR14.42 per share.
