Petrobras Distribuidora SA (B3: BRDT3) in continuity of the Material Fact of 01/25/2021, it comes to inform its shareholders and the general public that after the consultation made by Wilson Ferreira Junior to the Public Ethics Committee it was decided that there is no conflict of interest after holding the position of CEO of Eletrobras. Therefore it will not be necessary to comply with quarantine for the effective appointment, which is expected to occur in March 2021.

The election of the new CEO and the effective start of Wilson Ferreira Junior's activities at BR Distribuidora will be communicated to the market in due course as soon as they are formalized.
