Univé Groep has selected Kempen Capital Management (Kempen) as fiduciary manager for their assets. The contract will take effect on 18 January 2016. Univé's assets amounts to over one billion euros.

In the second half of 2015, Univé started the outsourcing process. KPMG Advisory N.V. provided advice in this intensive process.
