SAO PAULO, Aug 1 (Reuters) - Brazilian telecom firm Oi SA , which is in bankruptcy protection, said on Monday it has received a binding offer from NK 108 for 8,000 of its fixed line sites.

According to a securities filing, NK 108 - controlled by Highline do Brasil - has offered to pay up to 1.7 billion reais ($328.55 million) for an SPE comprising the assets.

Oi said the transaction would be in line with the implementation of its recovery plan.

Under the offer, NK 108 would pay 1.08 billion reais at the closing of the deal and up to 609 million reais by 2026, depending on the use of the fixed line infrastructure.

The deal would still require approval from local regulators such as antitrust watchdog CADE and telecom regulator Anatel.

Oi has recently sold its mobile operations to rivals TIM Participacoes SA, Telefonica Brasil SA and America Movil's Claro
