The automaker added that the changes will be effective June 1.
Feuell-who will also remain CEO of Chrysler-and McAlear both replace Timothy Kuniskis, who has decided to retire after nearly 32 years with the company.
McAlear will also become a member of the Top Executive Team.
In his previous role, McAlear led Dodge's business operations.
