(Alliance News) - The board of Sciuker Frames Spa on Wednesday announced that it had approved the financial report for 2023, closing with a consolidated net loss of EUR2.5 million, noting a decrease of EUR23.1 million compared to the consolidated net income that amounted to EUR20.7 million as of Dec. 31, 2022.

The group recorded a consolidated value of production of EUR118.9 million in FY2023 compared to EUR193.8 million in FY2022.

Consolidated adjusted Ebitda was EUR36.1 million at the end of 2023, compared to EUR43.2 million as of December 31, 2022.

Consolidated Ebit was EUR16.9 million, registering a decrease from December 31, 2022, when it was EUR35.5 million and amounting to a 52 percent year-on-year decrease.

NFP is EUR81.3 million from net cash of EUR1.4 million in December 2022.

Sciuker Frames on Wednesday opened down 3.2 percent at EUR3.60 per share.
