Herman Gref, CEO and Chairman of the management board of Sberbank of Russia, has proposed changes to be made in the structure of the management board, to later be approved by the supervisory board. Herman Gref has proposed that Maxim Poletayev, Chairman of the Moscow bank of Sberbank, joins the management board and that Viktor Orlovskiy steps down from the management board. However, Viktor Orlovskiy will continue to work in his position of Senior Vice President within the IT Block, and will be responsible for the innovations to be introduced by the Sberbank Group, including the operations of Sberbank's venture fund.

Vadim Kulik, member of the board, Senior Vice President and curator of the 'Risks' block is suggested for general supervision of the IT block. Following the change the management board of Sberbank will continue operations following the approval of the supervisory board and confirmation of the changes by the appropriate regulatory authorities.
