INTRODUCTION

Prosus has a primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam (AEX:PRX) and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited's stock exchange (XJSE:PRX), and is majority owned by Naspers. It also has American Depository Receipts (ADRs) which trade on an over-the-counter (OTC) basis in the United States. International investors are therefore able to buy and sell Prosus securities on Euronext Amsterdam, JSE and the OTC market. Prosus also has bonds listed on the Euronext Dublin.
