Oi S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization ("Oi" or "Company"), pursuant to Circular Letter/Annual- 2022 - CVM/SEP, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it received from its shareholder Thomás Mesquita Scaglioni the nominations of his name and Mr. André
Antônio dos Anjos as candidates to serve as member and alternate member, respectively, of Oi's fiscal council, in the election of the Company´s Fiscal Council to be held at the Annual and Extraordinary Shareholder´s meeting called for April 29, 2022. The curriculum vitae of and other information regarding the abovementioned candidates nominated by the shareholder, as required in article 10 of CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission) Instruction 481/09, are attached to this Notice to Shareholders.

André dos Anjos holds a PhD in Telecommunications from the Faculdade de Engenharia Elétrica of UNICAMP, Feb/2021, and Master by the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações, Dec/2012. Has a degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Telecommunications, also by the Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações, Jul/2009. He worked for more than 11 years as a Systems Specialist Engineer in the Inatel Competence Center/Hitachi Kokusai Linear, developing projects related to telecommunications, Digital TV, Digital Signal Processing, among others. He also served as Professor of subjects undergraduate and graduate courses (lato sensu) at Inatel. Has experience in projects development of digital telecommunications systems, having solid knowledge in digital modulations, digital signal processing, programmable logic devices (FPGA, CPLD) and Verilog/VHDL language. He is currently Professor of the undergraduate course in Electronics and Telecommunications at the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - Patos de Minas Campus. | |||
