GSS UK Services Limited announced that it has received over £37 million in a round of funding on January 23, 2023. The transaction included participation from major investors, including new investors, AlixPartners, LLP, The Cynosure Group, and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. As a part of transaction, Randal Quarles of The Cynosure Group will join the board of directors of the company and William Langford of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. will serve as an observer to the company's board.
