Mercedes-Benz reports that its 'Mercedes me Charge' service reached a major milestone in January: the network now includes more than 1.5 million charging stations worldwide from over 1,300 charging station operators.

Mercedes me Charge is currently one of the world's largest public charging networks, operating consistently under the same product name worldwide", the group emphasizes.

In detail, Mercedes-Benz offers its customers charging in 31 countries, including almost 600,000 charging points in Europe, more than 800,000 in Asia and around 100,000 in North America.

In Germany, the Mercedes me Charge network comprises over 100,000 charging points, accounting for more than 90% of all charging points in the country. Out of a total of 1.5 million charging points, 170,000 are fast charging points delivering 150 kW of power or more.

'Mercedes me Charge is one of the fastest-growing charging networks. In 2023, an average of 40,000 charging points were integrated every month' commented Franz Reiner, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG.
