Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE:MRO) agreed to acquire approximately 18,000 contiguous and largely undeveloped net acres from Rocky Creek Resources, LLC and RCR Midstream, LLC in the fourth quarter 2019. The transaction is expected to close by January 31, 2020.
