Light S.A. ("Company" or "Light"), pursuant to CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its subsidiaries Light Energia S.A. and Lightger S.A. opted for not adhering to the proposal to renegotiate the hydrological risk in the Unregulated Contracting Environment (ACL), as per the conditions set forth in ANEEL Resolution 684/2015 ("REN 684/2015").
Such decision was based on the evaluation of various Difference Settlement Price (DSP) scenarios and the obligations and rights established by REN 684/2015. In addition to internal analyses, the Company contracted specialized external consulting to support the evaluation of the financial model developed for that purpose.

1 Light S.A. holds 100% and 51% of Light Energia S.A. and Lightger S.A., respectively.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market duly informed of any developments on the matter.
