Laureate Education, Inc. acquired the remaining 25% stake in CH Holding Netherlands BV for $29 million in January 2013. An initial cash payment of $5 million was made on January 24, 2013 while for the remaining amount of $24 million, a seller note repayable in 5 annual installments was issued.
