L'occitane International S.A. Announces Resignation of Domenico Trizio as Executive Director, Group Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer

The board of directors of L'Occitane International S.A. announced that Mr. Domenico Trizio has resigned as an executive director of the company. Mr. Domenico Trizio also resigned from his positions as Group Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Trizio informed that he would like to consider pursuing other business interests.
