RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of L'Occitane International S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Domenico Trizio has resigned as an executive director of the Company. Mr. Domenico Trizio also resigned from his positions as Group Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Trizio informed us that he would like to consider pursuing other business interests.

Mr. Domenico Trizio confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Domenico Trizio for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
