JPMorgan Chase & Co. (the "Firm") elected Alicia Boler Davis as a director,
effective March 20, 2023. Ms. Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of Alto
Pharmacy. Ms. Davis' appointment to a board committee will be disclosed when
determined. She was also elected a director of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and a
manager of JPMorgan Chase Holdings LLC, and may be elected a director of such
other subsidiary or subsidiaries as may be determined from time to time.
