HONG KONG, Jan 18 (Reuters) - China has granted Credit Agricole, HSBC and Standard Chartered licences to become lead underwriters for domestic and foreign debt issues, a notice from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors showed on Thursday.

Beijing has also allowed JPMorgan, Mizuho and MUFG to become lead underwriters on debt issues from foreign issuers, namely "Panda bonds", according to the notice. (Reporting by Selena Li; editing by Christina Fincher)
