JinkoSolar Holding Co Ltd. announced that it had been chosen to operate the over 1,100 MW of wafer, cell and module factories of a Zhejiang-based firm while the latter is undergoing a restructuring. The Haining City government and the bankruptcy administrator of Zhejiang Topoint Photovoltaic Co Ltd. and related companies Zhejiang Yutai Photovoltaic Material Co Ltd, Zhejiang Weishida Photovoltaic Material Co Ltd. and Zhejiang Jiutai New Energy Co have invited JinkoSolar to take part in the reorganisation.
