Attention : The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
As Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited (the "Company") will
organize the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "2022 AGM") on
April 26, 2022 at 14.00 hrs. via electronic method, pursuant to the Emergency
Decree on Electronic Meeting B.E. 2563 (2020), at No. 200, Moo 4, Jasmine
International Tower, Chaengwatana Road, Tambon Pakkret, Amphoe Pakkret,
Nonthaburi Province 11120. (No registration system at the meeting)
In this regard, the Company has disclosed the invitation letter for the 2022 AGM
and the documents for the meeting on the Company's website, at
(http://www.jts.co.th) in Invertor Relation Section, Subject "Shareholder's
Meeting", already on Friday, March 25, 2022.
