ISC Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported negative sales was KRW 1,717.32 million compared to sales of KRW 2,222.08 million a year ago. Net loss was KRW 4,781.74 million compared to net income of KRW 16,779.06 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was KRW 275 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of KRW 964 a year ago. ISC Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of components for semiconductor and electronics testing equipment. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company operates in manufacturing and restaurant businesses. Its manufacturing business manufactures three categories of products: test sockets, including integrated silicone contactors (ISCs), V-contactors, integrated silicone lead frames (ISLFs), memory module sockets and various manual test solutions; burn-in sockets and cycling sockets, which are used for ball grid array (BGA), land grid array (LGA), micro lead frames (MLFs), quad flat no leads (QFN) packages and others, and interposers, which are used for probe cards and pad to pad interconnections. On March 27, 2014, the Company completed the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary namely JSR MICROTECH,INC.
