NOTICE TO THE MARKET

HYPERA S.A. ("Company" or "Hypera Pharma") hereby informs that, pursuant to the provisions of article 12 of CVM Resolution No., 358, as of August 23rd, 2021, has received, on this date, a notice from Capital International Investors, an independent division of the Capital Research and Management Company ("Capital"), regarding the reduction of equity interest in the Company. Capital informed that manages 60,595,240 common shares of the Company, corresponding to approximately 9.5663% of its capital stock.

The equity movement does not change the corporate position of the Company' significant shareholders and/or its management structure.

Enclosed herewith is the letter sent by Capital.
