GoPro, Inc. Appoints Charles CJ Prober as New Chief Operating Officer

On January 30, 2017, GoPro, Inc. announced that Charles CJ" Prober, was appointed as the company's new chief operating officer, effective January 25, 2017. Mr. Prober, 45, has served as the company's senior vice president of Software and Services since June 2014. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Prober served in various management roles at Electronic Arts, or EA, including as its senior vice president of Digital Publishing from September 2011 to May 2014, its vice president of Publishing and Product Management for Social Games from February 2010 to September 2011 and its vice president and Head of Corporate Development from January 2008 to January 2010.
GoPro, Inc. produces cameras, and mountable and wearable accessories. The Company offers a family of flagship cameras, including its cloud connected HERO12 Black, HERO11 Black, HERO11 Black Mini, HERO10 Black, HERO10 Black Bones, HERO9 Black, and MAX cameras. HERO12 Black is a waterproof camera, featuring a GP2 processor and HyperSmooth 6.0 image stabilization.
