(Alliance News) - Fiera Milano Spa reported Monday that it made a profit of EUR7.6 million in the first quarter of the year, down from EUR8.4 million as of March 31, 2023.

Revenues amounted to EUR72.4 million from EUR48.1 million from the first quarter of 2023.

Ebitda is EUR25.7 million improving from EUR8.9 million as of March 31, 2023.

Ebit amounted to EUR12.8 million from a negative EUR4.2 million in the first quarter of the previous year.

Net financial debt as of March 31, 2024 shows a net financial availability of EUR77.6 million compared to a net financial availability of EUR80.9 million as of December 31, 2023.

In light of the results, the company confirms "its full confidence in the financial projections for the current year" contained in the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. These projections include the achievement of an Ebitda as of December 31, 2024 of between EUR65 and EUR75 million.

Fiera Milano is up 0.1 percent to EUR3.81 per share.
