KFC Global announced that Lanchi Venator (she/her) will be joining KFC Global as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting directly to Sabir Sami, KFC Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective Feb. 1, 2023.
In this role, Lanchi will be responsible for leading KFC's global Finance function, ensuring continued growth and profitability for the KFC business. She will also oversee KFC's Financial Planning and Strategy functions.
Lanchi joins KFC from the Estee Lauder Companies (ELC), where she served as Senior Vice President (SVP), Global Finance Strategy and Operations and as the Chief of Staff to the CFO. While at ELC, Lanchi established and led the Finance and Operating Committee, was responsible for operationalizing several financial and business performance analytics Centers of Excellence and led key initiatives including multi-year transformational finance and technology initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to ELC, Lanchi also held several leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Avon Products, American Express and Kearney management consultants. Lanchi earned her BA in East Asian Studies from the University of California, Davis and her MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Americas (23.4%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (42.8%) and Asia/Pacific (33.8%).
