Lenard Ormsby to Retire as Executive Vice President and General Counsel from Employers Holdings, Inc

On January 5, 2018, Lenard Ormsby, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, informed Employers Holdings, Inc. that he will retire from the company during the latter half of 2018. Mr. Ormsby has served the Company for more than 23 years as General Counsel or in other senior executive positions. The Company and Mr. Ormsby will determine an exact date that will allow for an orderly transition of his responsibilities to his successor.

Its Insurance Operations segment represents the traditional business offered through its agents, including business originated from the Company's strategic partnerships and alliances and direct-to-customer business.
