MEXICO CITY, March 8 (Reuters) - Mexican retailer El Puerto de Liverpool was added to Mexico's main stock index, while airline Volaris and Aguilas, a spin-off from broadcaster Televisa, were cut from it, in the latest rebalancing by S&P Dow Jones Indices published on Friday.
