DUKE ENERGY CORPORATION As we approach the end of June, I am reflecting on the passion and advocacy I've seen within our organization and across our communities.
I am thankful for our five LGBTQ+ employee resource groups (ERGs) and the impact they have on our inclusive workplace.
This month and throughout the year we provide psychologically safe forums for LGBTQ+ employees and allies through internal events and external outreach.

Duke Energy is executing an ambitious clean energy transition to achieve its goals of net-zero methane emissions from its natural gas business by 2030 and net-zero carbon emissions from electricity generation by 2050.
