Dow Inc Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock, Payable on June 12, 2020; Elects Jill S. Wyant to Board of Directors

Following the Company's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the Board of Directors of Dow Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 70 cents per share, payable June 12, 2020, to shareholders of record on May 29, 2020.

At the meeting the company elected Jill S. Wyant to the Company's Board of Directors.
