Digital Network SA, formerly 4fun Media SA, is a Poland-based company, which operates on the television market with focus on thematic television stations. The Company is engaged in the production and broadcasting of thematic television channels 4fun.tv, Rebel:tv and TV.DISCO, as well as programs and video content adapted for distribution in the television stations, mobile phones, the Internet and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) platforms. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Program Sp. z o.o., the Company is also involved in the sale and distribution of the thematic television channels and multimedia content on the market of analogue and digital cable operators, satellite platforms and the Internet. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Nova Group (Cyprus) Limited, holding a 54.42% stake in the capital. It operates through Screen Network SA from Nova Group Ltd.
