Crayon Group Holding ASA has signed a NOK 1,5 billion revolving credit facility with a 3-year tenor and a two-year extension option at competitive terms. The participating banks are Danske Bank, ING and Citibank. The facility replaces Crayons existing facility which had a maturity date in April 2025. The facility is available for general corporate purposes.

Danske Bank acted as Documentation Coordinator, Facility/Security Agent and Bookrunner, while ING and Citibank acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers. The company is pleased to continue its relationship with Danske Bank, and welcome Citibank and ING as part of Crayons core banking group. The participation of two large international banks is a statement to Crayons strong international position and will further support Crayons international expansion journey.

Together with the recent bond refinancing, completed in April, the newly signed revolving credit facility secures Crayons long-term financing requirement while adding increased flexibility in the funding structure at a significantly lower cost level.
