Crayon Group Holding ASA announced it has won two public sector frame agreements in Finland with a gross value of up to EUR 1.16 billion over three years. Crayon has been delivering technology services to government clients under a Hansel framework for 15 years. Hansel is the central procurement unit for the Finnish public sector.

Under the latest frame agreements, which are renewals, Crayon will be the provider of Microsoft distribution and management services. One of the frame agreements is valued at up to EUR 375 million and covers municipalities and municipal corporations. The other agreement is valued at up to EUR 793 million and covers government, higher education, welfare regions, and other social and health care entities.

Both agreements are for three years with an option to renew for one year. Crayon will provide cost optimization services, data security, privacy, software asset management, and license agreement negotiations.
