CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) acquired Floored, Inc. from Felicis Ventures, RRE Ventures LLC and others on January 3, 2017. Under the terms, CBRE issued 0.5 million F Class A common stock as partial consideration to certain members of senior management. Floored's Co-Founders including David Eisenberg, Chief Executive Officer, Dustin Byrne, Chief Technology Officer, Judy He, Vice President of Engineering, and 36 person team of engineers, designers, 3D modelers and, client support personnel of Floored, will all join CBRE Group as part of the acquisition. David Eisenberg will serve as Senior Vice President of Digital Enablement & Technology for CBRE Group’s leasing business.
