BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of BTS Rail Mass Transit
Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF) ("the Fund"), had decreased the registered
capital of the Fund by Baht 515.13 million which was equaled to Baht 0.089 per
unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital reduction was Baht
55,298.55 million and par value per unit was Baht 9.554. The book closure date
for the capital return was on February 28, 2022 and the payment date was on
March 14, 2022.
Please be informed that the Management Company had submitted the registration
for the 12th capital reduction to the office of the Securities and Exchange
Commission ("SEC") on March 15, 2022. The SEC acknowledged such capital
reduction on March 21, 2022 as stated in the SEC's letter, No.CF-3.95/2022, Re:
Twelfth registered capital reduction of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth
Infrastructure Fund.

BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end infrastructure fund. The Fund raises funds from the public and general investors, with the main objective of utilizing the proceeds from such fund-raising to invest in infrastructure businesses. The Fund initially invests in acquiring the revenue to be generated from the operations of the BTS Skytrain System from Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited (BTSC), covering about 23.5-kilometer (km) original lines of the BTS SkyTrain System, consisting of the 17 km in Sukhumvit line from Mo-Chit to On-Nut, and the 6.5 km in Silom line from National Stadium to Taksin Bridge. The Fund may also engage in activities within the scope allowed under the regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and other relevant notifications, with a view to generating income and returns for the Fund and the unitholders. The Fund's investment manager is BBL Asset Management Company Limited.
