(Alliance News) - BF Spa reported Thursday that Arum Spa has bought 270,880 ordinary shares in the company.
The shares were taken over at an average price per share of EUR3.9066, for a total value of EUR1 million.
BF's stock closed Thursday down 1.8 percent at EUR3.88 per share.
