Anima's shareholders' meeting appointed the new board of directors with an indication for a reappointment of CEO Alessandro Melzi d'Eril and the entry of Patrizia Grieco as the new chairman.
Both Melzi d'Eril and Grieco, the latter leaving Mps, were indicated by majority shareholder Banco Bpm with 20.62 percent of the capital.
The 11-member new board also includes a representative (Marco Tugnolo) from new shareholder Fsi, which recently entered Anima's capital with a 9 percent stake.
