Both Melzi d'Eril and Grieco, the latter leaving Mps, were indicated by majority shareholder Banco Bpm with 20.62 percent of the capital.
The 11-member new board also includes a representative (Marco Tugnolo) from new shareholder Fsi, which recently entered Anima's capital with a 9 percent stake.
