Wang Sheng signed a share transfer agreement to acquire an additional 6.49% stake in Anhui Wantong Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002331) from Wang Zhongsheng, Yang Shining and Yang Xinzi for approximatey CNY 290 million on September 9, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Wang Sheng will acquire 26.7 million shares of Anhui for CNY 10.86 per share. Upon completion of the transaction, Wang Zhongsheng, Yang Shining and Yang Xinzi will no longer hold any shares while Wang Sheng will hold 8.49% stake in Anhui Wantong. The transaction is subject to relevant approval authorities.

As a result of the transaction, Wang Zhongsheng, Yang Shining, and Yang Xinzi no longer hold the company’s shares.
