Anhui Wantong Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002331) entered into an agreement to acquire 70% stake in Huatong Lisheng (Beijing) Intelligent Testing Group Co., Ltd from Guo Shaoshan, Kong Fanmei, Zhu Anmin, Kong Xianming, Tian Qingbo and Li Ming for CNY 188.3 million on January 30, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the board of Anhui Wantong Technology Co. and is subject to approval from its shareholders.

Huatong Lisheng recorded total assets of CNY 253.45 million and net assets of CNY 99.4 million as of September 30, 2022.
