On December 5, 2019, Analog Devices, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing that it has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for
the District of Delaware against Xilinx, Inc. for patent infringement relating
to the Company's converter technology. The press release is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
