Ambev S.A. (BOVESPA:ABEV3) agreed to acquire remaining 0.01% stake of Ambev Brasil Bebidas S.A. for $0.43 million in stock on December 3, 2013. Under the terms, Ambev will issue its 0.06 million shares to shareholders of Ambev Brasil at an exchange ratio of 1.019657. The deal is subject to approval by Board of Directors of Ambev and shareholders of Ambev Brasil. As of January 2, 2014, the transaction was approved by Board of Directors of Ambev. Ambev's shares will be credited in favor of Ambev Brasil's shareholders until February 11, 2014.
