Al Rajhi Banking and Investment : Rajhi Bank lows donating Mokafaa points to Ensan

Al Rajhi Bank has signed a partnership agreement with the Charitable Committee for Orphans' Care in Riyadh (Ensan) via the Mokafaa program which gives the bank's customers the opportunity to donate points to the Ensan Association. The agreement was signed by Sir Azzam bin Abdullah AlQuweiz, the bank's assistant general manager of the business sector and Engineer Muhammad bin Ali Al Yassin, the association's general manager. This initiative involves the bank's customers in social programs, as it represents a joint collaboration between the members of society and the bank's system to serve this imperative sector, sponsored by the INSAN Association, one of the region's largest associations specialized in caring for orphans. Al Rajhi Bank connects the Mokafaa program to most of its products and services in an effort to provide the best services and benefits to customers. This program offers multiple options to earn points and many others to redeem them through a list of participating services and retailers included in the program. Engineer Al Yassin thanked and expressed appreciation of Al Rajhi Bank for this social initiative, which increased its social responsibility roles and confirmed its appeal to care for orphans, asking God Almighty to acknowledge these good deeds; showing this agreement is of interest for both parties to achieve integration in terms of social responsibility. Mokafaa is a unique loyalty program organized by Al Rajhi Bank according to customer needs and to show appreciation for their collaboration and trust as it provides a rich and rewarding experience of accumulating points by benefitting from the bank's products and services, such as credit cards, paying bills through the Al Rajhi mobile application, international transfers, or shopping through the online store at more than 170 partners across the Kingdom.
