Successful first issuance of a CHF 100 million fixed-interest bond by Zug Estates
Today, Zug Estates Holding AG successfully placed a CHF 100 million fixed-interest bond with a 0.70% coupon and a maturity of five years. The proceeds will be invested in the further development of Zug Estates' portfolio. The bond issue allows the Group to diversify its financing instruments and to take advantage of the attractive conditions currently prevailing on the capital market. Credit Suisse and Bank Vontobel were acting as the Joint Lead Manager/Joint Bookrunner for the transaction. An application will be made to have the bond admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The consummation of the bond issuance is scheduled for February 17, 2017.
