Oleria Corporation announced that it has received $33.099999 million in funding from Salesforce Ventures, LLC, Tapestry VC, Evolution Equity Partners, Zscaler, Inc. and other investors

On January 18, 2024, Oleria Corporation closed the transaction. The company issued 5,228,820 shares for gross proceeds of $33,099,999 in the transaction led by new investor Evolution Equity Partners. The company issued 363,335 shares for gross proceeds of $2,300,019 in its second tranche.

The transaction also included participation from new investor Zscaler, Inc., returning investors Salesforce Ventures, LLC, Tapestry VC and other investors. The company raised to over $40,000,000 in funding till date.
