ZMFY Automobile Glass Services Limited Announces the Resignation of Guo Mingang as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Each of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Chairman of the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of ZMFY Automobile Glass Services Limited announced that Mr. Guo Mingang ("Mr. Guo") has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, a member of each of the audit committee (the "Audit Committee"), remuneration committee (the "Remuneration Committee") and the chairman of the nomination committee (the "Nomination Committee") of the company with effect from 18 March 2019 due to his need to devote more time to his other commitments.
