Zhongbai Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000759) agreed to acquire remaining 49% stake in Zhongbai Group Wuhan Fresh Food Processing and Distribution Co., Ltd from Wuhan Donghu Bairui Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (LP) on January 22, 2021. Post the completion of the transaction, Zhongbai Group Wuhan Fresh Food will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhongbai Holdings Group. The transaction will be funded from the own funds of Zhongbai Holdings Group. Zhongbai Group Wuhan Fresh Food Processing reported total assets of CNY 394.5 million and net assets of CNY 232.4 million for the year ended September 30, 2020.. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Zhongbai Holdings Group on January 22, 2021.
